Self-Priming Sewage Pump Trailer Units Delivered to Central Asia

Recently, a new batch of self-priming sewage pump trailer units has been completed and prepared for shipment to Central Asia. These units are designed to support various dewatering and wastewater handling applications in regions with limited power supply and demanding working conditions.

The trailer-mounted pump units feature an integrated design, combining a self-priming sewage pump, diesel engine, and heavy-duty mobile trailer. This compact and flexible configuration allows for easy transportation and quick deployment, making it ideal for remote job sites and frequent relocation scenarios.

The pump is capable of handling a wide range of liquids, including wastewater, and fluids containing sand or solid particles. With a solids handling capacity of over 70 mm, a flow rate of up to around 450–470 m³/h, and a head of up to approximately 50–55 m, the unit is well-suited for medium to large-scale dewatering tasks. An optional vacuum-assisted system can be equipped to enable faster priming and improve operational efficiency.

For the power system, the units can be equipped with reliable diesel engines from well-known brands such as Weichai, Yuchai, or Cummins, providing flexible options based on customer preferences and project requirements.

The heavy-duty trailer is designed for mobility and durability. If built-in fuel tank, the unit is capable of continuous operation for extended periods, ensuring stable performance in long-duration applications.

These pump units are widely used in municipal drainage, construction site dewatering, flood control, mining, and agricultural irrigation. Their robust design and reliable performance make them suitable for challenging environments and emergency situations.
