EJCY vacuum-assisted self-priming centrifugal pump units are high-reliability equipment tailored for wellpoint systems and on-site sump pumping applications. Each unit is configured with a heavy-duty EJ/EJT series self-priming centrifugal pump as its core component, which is capable of conveying liquids containing suspended solids (refer to the J/J pump leaflet for detailed parameters).
A separator is closely integrated with the liquid pump casing, serving as the zone where air or entrained gases are separated from the liquid medium and subsequently extracted by a vacuum pump. The integration of the vacuum pump enables the unit to realize dry priming operation—eliminating the need for pre-filling the pump casing with liquid—and to process substantial air volumes. This functionality allows the unit to prime wellpoint systems, maintain stable vacuum pressure within the systems, and ensure thorough dewatering of excavations under snore operating conditions.
